Our team is specialized in helping people overcome eating disorders such as food addiction, anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, and others. Our goal is to help you change the way you perceive food and fitness, and develop a positive body image. If you struggle with an eating disorder, you should know that we believe clients can recover and live a healthy, happy life.
We work closely with your healthcare team to ensure that we are providing optimal care. It is vital to not only consider your nutritional health and goals, but your mental, emotional, and physical well-being to provide nutritional education of the highest quality.
With the amount of information (and mis-information) in today's world, it can be confusing figuring out what foods and meals are best for you. Here at OHM, we guide clients on what foods are best for their bodies. With special consideration for co-morbidities (diabetes, high cholesterol, hypertension, GI issues, etc.), we work with clients in-session to figure out what meals are best suited for their individual needs!
